iPhone is not in sync with Windows 7 systems

Problem: iPhone users can face a problem in upgrading to Windows 7 from Windows Vista as their iPhone sometimes fails to sync properly with Windows 7 systems, usually with the 64 bit edition. In some cases the iPhone gets recognized but again iTunes return the error 0xE8000065.


Resolution: The issue can be resolved by performing the following steps:


STEP 1. Run the devmgmt.msc command to open the Device Manager.
 
STEP 2. Select View > Devices by Type.


STEP 3. Expand the USB controllers section, right-click each USB Root Hub entry, select Properties > Power Management.

STEP 4. Clear Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power check box and restart the system.
